During your consultation, we will assess your skin concerns and discuss the most suitable treatment options, including: • Polynucleotides (e.g. Vitaran, Nucleofill, Jalupro) – ideal for skin regeneration, repair, and collagen stimulation • Skin Boosters (e.g. Profhilo, Lumi Pro) – focused on deep hydration, glow, and improving skin laxity We will cover: • Your treatment goals and expectations • Recommended treatment type and areas (under eyes, face, neck, etc.) • Number of sessions required for optimal results • Full pricing and treatment plan • Medical suitability and aftercare This ensures you receive a fully tailored, results-driven plan based on your skin needs.
Cancellation Policy
PATCH TEST & CONSULTATION POLICY A £10 fee secures your patch test and consultation and is redeemable against the treatment discussed. Once your appointment has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, including if you choose not to proceed or are unsuitable for treatment. Please give 72 hours’ notice to rearrange so your payment can be transferred. For late cancellations or missed appointments, the fee may be retained to cover the actual loss caused, and a new £10 payment will be required to rebook. Rescheduling Your £10 patch test and consultation fee may be transferred once, provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice.
