Service Description
Nasolabial folds, commonly known as nose-to-mouth lines, develop over time due to volume loss, skin ageing, and reduced structural support in the mid-face. This treatment uses dermal filler to soften these lines and restore a smoother transition between the cheeks and lower face, creating a more refreshed and youthful appearance. Rather than simply filling the lines, a holistic approach is taken to ensure natural results. In many cases, supporting the mid-face with cheek filler may also be recommended to achieve the best outcome. This treatment is ideal for: • Visible lines from the nose to the mouth • Loss of volume in the mid-face • Tired or ageing appearance Results are visible immediately, with continued improvement as the filler settles over 1–2 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A £100 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is deducted from your initial treatment price. Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. For cancellations, changes within 72 hours or missed appointments, up to £100 may be retained to cover the actual loss incurred, taking account of costs saved and whether the slot is filled. Any amount exceeding that loss will be refunded. A new deposit may be required to rebook. If Haus of Brow cancels your appointment, you may choose a full deposit refund or transfer to another date. PERFECTING TREATMENT — 6–12 WEEKS The perfecting treatment costs £100 and is not included in your initial treatment price. It must take place between 6 and 12 weeks after your initial appointment. A separate booking link will be sent after your initial treatment. Please book promptly; securing an appointment within this timeframe is your responsibility. The £100 price applies only to appointments attended within the 6–12 week window. If you leave booking too late and the diary is full, or choose an appointment outside this window, additional charges will apply. The revised price will depend on the time elapsed and the work required, and will be confirmed before booking. If Haus of Brow needs to move an appointment you booked within the required timeframe, the £100 price will be honoured.
