Description Dark Lip Neutralisation is a specialised semi-permanent makeup treatment designed to improve the appearance of cool, dark or uneven lip pigmentation. Using carefully selected neutralising pigments and advanced colour theory, the treatment aims to soften cool tones and create a warmer, more even-looking lip colour. Every treatment is bespoke, with pigment selection tailored to your natural lip tone and the degree of pigmentation present. Results develop gradually as the lips heal, and more than two sessions may be needed to achieve the desired improvement. Ideal for: • Cool or dark-toned lips • Uneven natural lip pigmentation • Clients wanting a warmer, more balanced lip tone • Clients who may need neutralisation before Lip Blush Your £300 treatment package includes: • A full consultation and assessment of your natural lip pigmentation • Bespoke pigment selection • An initial lip neutralisation treatment • A second treatment 6–12 weeks later • An aftercare pack and clear healing instructions The £300 price includes two sessions. Additional sessions, if required, cost £150 each and will be discussed before booking. Healed results vary depending on your natural pigmentation, skin, lifestyle and aftercare. A particular final shade or complete correction cannot be guaranteed. A consultation and patch test are required before treatment. Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A £50 deposit is required to secure your Dark Lip Neutralisation appointment. This is deducted from the £300 package price, leaving £250 payable at your initial appointment. Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment with sufficient notice. If you request a further change, a new £50 deposit may be required to secure another appointment. Any amount retained from your original deposit will be limited to the actual loss incurred, taking account of costs saved and whether the slot is filled. Any remaining balance will be refunded. For cancellations, changes within 72 hours or missed appointments, up to £50 may be retained on the same basis. A new deposit may be required to rebook. If Haus of Brow cancels your appointment, you may choose a full deposit refund or transfer to another date. Changes made by Haus of Brow do not count towards your permitted reschedule. INCLUDED SECOND TREATMENT — 6–12 WEEKS Your second treatment is included in the £300 package and must take place between 6 and 12 weeks after your initial appointment, subject to suitable healing. A separate booking link will be sent after your initial treatment. Please book promptly; securing an appointment within this timeframe is your responsibility. If you leave booking too late and the diary is full, or choose an appointment outside the 6–12 week window, additional charges may apply. Any revised charge will reflect the extra work required and will be confirmed before booking, taking account of the second treatment already paid for. If you need to reschedule your second treatment, please give at least 72 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted, subject to availability, and the new appointment must remain within the 6–12 week window. For late cancellations or missed second appointments, any rebooking charge will be limited to the actual loss incurred, taking account of costs saved and whether the slot is filled. The charge will be confirmed before rebooking. If Haus of Brow needs to move your second appointment, or advises delaying it because further healing is needed, your included session will be honoured. These changes do not count towards your permitted reschedule.
