A consultation to assess facial movement, skin condition and treatment suitability. This appointment allows us to create a personalised treatment plan and discuss expected results.
Cancellation Policy
PATCH TEST & CONSULTATION POLICY A £10 fee secures your patch test and consultation and is redeemable against the treatment discussed. Once your appointment has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, including if you choose not to proceed or are unsuitable for treatment. Please give 72 hours’ notice to rearrange so your payment can be transferred. For late cancellations or missed appointments, the fee may be retained to cover the actual loss caused, and a new £10 payment will be required to rebook. Rescheduling Your £10 patch test and consultation fee may be transferred once, provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice.
